Eligibility
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- Opened items are not eligible for a refund unless approved on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Requests
- Must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us right away at info@truepeptidelabs.org. We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 60 minutes of placement.
- After 60 minutes or once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Carrier Delays
True Peptide Lab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier-related issues
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Confirmation
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Contact the carrier (USPS or FedEx) for assistance.
- You may also email info@truepeptidelabs.org within 7 days of the listed delivery date to begin a claim for a missing package.
While we’re happy to assist with claims, True Peptide Lab is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
